Gothenburg - Hebrides - Orkney - 2008

May 5-18, 2008, Celeste sailed over the North sea through Pentland Firth to Hebrides, Orkney and back. The route west over the North sea was pleasant with dolphins playing in the bow outside Denmark. Celeste reached Pentland Firth in the night the third day at sea. The next day Celeste reached Island of Lewis and moored in Stornoway.

The route kept on to Orkney and Stromness. West of Orkney Celeste was hit by heavy weather and the conditions aboard was rough. From Orkney Celeste sailed in the archapelago of Scapa Flow out on the North sea and back to Sweden with a stop in Denmark, Skagen.
