| Shetland Celeste will sail to Shetland in May 2007. This adventure take two weeks with start and finish in Gothenburg. 7 May Celeste departure from Gothenburg with the course set to the norweigan southcoast for a visit at Korshamn, a small fishing village. After the short stop in Norway Celeste sail out on the North sea and after 2-4 days sailing, Celeste arrive Lerwick, the “capital” of Shetland. Among the Shetland Islands we will meet the frendly atmosphere and experience a fantastic nature. The route keep on to Fair Isle and Kirkwall at the Orkney Islands for a visit to Higland Park whiskydestillery. The sailing back is usually pleasant down wind. Before finishing in Gothenburg it will be a stop at Skagen, Denmarks most northern village. |
