Celeste Single Malt Race 2009  May 2, 2009 Celeste departs for her route to Scotland. With start from Gothenburg Celeste sail to the Caledonian Canal, Fort Williams, Oban and Jura. Under leader ship from the whisky connoisseur Mikael Lundén (Trade Marketing Manager at Tegner Hermansson) we explore the single malt from Highland and Jura. After visiting Oban and Jura distillery Celeste sail back to Sweden. If there is good condition the route will be up north through the west coast of Scotland, Pentland Firth and the North sea. When we are closing Sweden, it will probably be time for a visit to Skagen, Denmark's most northern village, before Celeste reach Gothenburg. All persons aboard are crew members and takes part in navigation, steering and watch keeping etc. If you want to visit Scotland and and like sailing in rough waters - this is the route for you.
